By submitting your show to the AAP Asian Podcast Festival, you agree to record an episode that is a maximum of 20 minutes and that you will be available for the Q & A session immediately following your live recording. You also agree that AAP can use and record you, your likeness, your show for the purposes of promoting AAP and the Festival in perpetuity. We reserve the right to repurpose any and all content for AAP's use. However, you own all your content produced during the Festival. You also agree to attend the Festival as a participant.
